Your birthday is celebrating the day you were born not how many years you've been alive. Regardless of leap years said person will still be alive the normal years like the rest of us. They just have less birthdays. Yeah I could see how it could suck sometimes though, also all those specials you get for being a member of a restaruant etc (like sizzler), no free meals 3/4 years. On the plus side, no getting sung happy birthday at 3/4 years!!!! Lol. I still just love the concept. Also, apparently the parents get to choose if February 28 or March 1 is the kids legal birthday in non-leap years (in America, at least). Technically, our days are too long, and when the leap year comes around, we actually go back to the correct date.
