I mean, honestly it's gotta be the coolest freaking birthday by far.
Also how do the gamefaqs rules work about your age if your only like 8 years old cause your bday is on feb 29th? --- Agatha "Your naked and they are nuns, it's not your eyes they're not looking at." Glowing Elephant "Stonehedge was a sex thing." ... Copied to Clipboard!

Ja Rule has his birthday on that date.

Your birthday is celebrating the day you were born not how many years you've been alive. Regardless of leap years said person will still be alive the normal years like the rest of us. They just have less birthdays. Ja Rule Dude, how could they not say his age was 10 (11 on Sat) on wiki etc, I would so be taking advantage of that lol. i remember reading on reddit about some workplace that had birthday bonuses of some kind, and one employee was born on february 29th so their birthday was just not in the system on non-leap years and they wouldn't get it. so there's probably disadvantages to it
don't think being 8 or 10 years old is how that works though --- and love comes back around again, it's a carousel, my friend ... Copied to Clipboard!

Lol, I guess not, but I'd probably just say "I've had 10 birthdays" or something lol.
Yeah I could see how it could suck sometimes though, also all those specials you get for being a member of a restaruant etc (like sizzler), no free meals 3/4 years. On the plus side, no getting sung happy birthday at 3/4 years!!!! Lol. I still just love the concept. Maybe all polynisian women are really born on Feb 29th and that is why they look 19 when they are 59. --- Agatha "Your naked and they are nuns, it's not your eyes they're not looking at." I have a friend from college with that birthday. When he was turning 20, it genuinely pissed him off if anyone said that it was his 5th birthday.
Also, apparently the parents get to choose if February 28 or March 1 is the kids legal birthday in non-leap years (in America, at least). That always seemed weird to me - Id imagine it should be March 1, as Feb 28 would always be before the 29th... --- Live action Hungry Hungry Hippos though, now that was a sport. ~Aeon Azuran ... Interesting that you get a choice, cause I mean it's actually either feb 28th or march 1st not in between either of em. Now....if it was the 29th, and you got a choice...that would make sense, so they get a b-day every year. Seems like a good option (or you can keep the 29th). Well, I won't ever make a joke about it then if it makes them upset, I would so have fun with it, but that is easy to say when it's not my actual birth day lol. --- Agatha "Your naked and they are nuns, it's not your eyes they're not looking at." That is the proper calendar though.I was being slightly facetious, as it would be damn impossible to accurately reflect the solar year in a calendar. Technically, our days are too long, and when the leap year comes around, we actually go back to the correct date. It would also be a pain in the arse to correctly adjust the time to exactly match the Earth's spin and the orbit around the Sun to be 100% accurate. ... Copied to Clipboard!
