Artist's statement:

"The statistic is not that police officers are responsible for 40% of domestic violence cases, it is that 40% of family and children of police officers have experienced domestic violence while the rate for the general population is 10%. This is the difference between saying people in a certain job have a suicide rate of 15% and saying that they account for for 15% of suicides. This statistic is still rather controversial.
