Like Dill pretending to be a Sanders supporter, or Kazi saying hed vote Sanders but his supporters are too violent so hes voting Trump (lol). Obvious trolls aside, this phenomenon is pretty common, and you never see it coming from the left. Shame?

It's because for the most part, the right is all about winning and "owning the libs", not about policy or principles.

There's a similar tend of people who used to be Democrats/on the left being touted on the right: Candace Owens, Dave Rubin, etc. People like a convert story.

It's because the right get sincerely ridiculed just for being right (which is sad in and of itself). They like to throw in a sort of disclaimer.
