I'm in my early 30s and it seems anyone in my FB who does not have a set career path at this point became a health/lifestyle coach or yoga instructor. A select few doing the ol' trusty real estate route.

Edit: I'm 30, though most of the examples I can think of are a bit older than I am

It's probably a pretty easy career path. Just tell people eat better, sleep better, meditate, work out...now pay me.

It's the last stop before doing fraud/identity theft for money after they've failed to establish themselves in the real world

It also doesn't help that most of these cases I know are married to guys who actually make good money, so it makes then look even more like a fallback hobby more than anything else.
