Only one item I've ever purchased there was unsatisfactory and they refunded my purchase without hesitation as soon as I brought the situation to their attention. Quality, good prices and they treat their employees well salary and benefit wise. I've been to 2 Sam's Clubs. The prices were good, but the value (sizes, quality, variety) was well below Costco's value IMO. They were also much dirtier and darker than any Costco I've ever set foot in. I also hear they treat their employees about as well as you would expect a company owned by Walmart to treat its employees.
