I just looked through a list of top games and the only ones that aren't playable elsewhere are Infamous and Infamous 2.

Honestly PS3 is probably second only to the Wii U in terms of how much of its library "escaped" to other platforms. Outside the games mentioned already, the biggest ones that come to mind are Tales of Graces and Tales of Xillia 1 + 2.
