To communicate you must perform the following steps: (Steps 1 and 2 are interchangeable) 1) Turn your back to the other person 2) Bend over and bare your ass 3) Either wave your ass or spread your cheeks while talking, imitating mouth movement Butt puns/drawing a face are not mandatory, but are encouraged. In case it wasn't obvious what law you're immune from, it's public indecency (when "talking" like this). Or I don't know, if there are any other laws that might get you in trouble from this.
