Depends on how many years you want it to last. I built mine in 2016, and it cost a mint, but it's still up to date as of this year.

Go to pcpartpicker and look up some builds.
https://pcpartpicker.com/b/dr29TW Here's one for $550 for example that should match everything the Xbox One X does but there's probably better. Look for something with a 1060/1070 (don't remember the AMD equivalent) and a Ryzen CPU that ends with 600/700 and it'll probably do.
