Tickets aren't cheap, and the event is on a Saturday. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem. The thing is, I started a second job in order to pay off my student loans early. Couple the price with the loss of pay from missing a day, and I'm really not sure if I should go this year. Then again, the loss of pay would come out to around ~$70-75 (it's a McJob). In the grand scheme of things, that's barely a dent in my very high student loan debt. Also, I don't really get time off unless I request off because there's my regular job on weekdays and then the second job on the weekends. Still, that's $70 that could go towards the debt, and an expensive ticket I wouldn't have to buy. I'm really not sure.
