Fasting is so effective and it makes you feel sooo good after you break the fast. My skin is also clearer s well.
I'm never doing cardio for cutting ever again. I'm just going to lift weights everyday and do a water fast every 2 weeks. --- I like to eat poop. ... Copied to Clipboard!

but cardio's good for your heart. i hate running but i'll do walking on a treadmill at the highest incline. easily burn 1000 calores in an hour. bring some movies with you on your phone and it goes by like nothing.
