Not counting baby Mitch who was most likely just as innocent as every other baby.

Adult, elected official Mitch. Do you guys think he got into politics because he genuinely wanted to make Kentucky better, but got taken over by greed?

Or was he always a monster, and saw that he could be an even better monster by running for office?

you don't get to his point while having been a decent human being in the past few decades

unless he's just getting paid hundreds of millions under the table to be this bad. and that isn't a much more palatable alternative

I'm sure his mother thought he was a cute baby once or twice.
