Gamefaqs ToU isn't always the clearest, but it's hard to get banned here unless you're a throwaway account or you do something super bad. I can sadly vouch that death threats and terrorism support doesn't get the attention it deserves if it comes from an old enough account. Know this user that's still posting today despite being suspended for their psychotic posting on multiple occasions.
