I wouldn't say it's "better than," because I rather enjoy being married. But at the same time I'm not going to deny that there does exist a time that's a bit...slumpy, after the newness wears off.

C, although the regular sex and companionship that comes with a relationship is nice (assuming it doesn't devolve into lack of sex and constant nagging post honeymoon). The best part for me is and will always be getting to know someone, and all that fire that comes at the beginning stages of a romantic and physical relationship. It's nice to have someone that likes you for you and will stick with you through anything, but eventually you get to the point where you've heard all their stories and done pretty much everything you will ever do together. It becomes safe and a bit mundane, and you crave something fresh and exciting (especially feel this way the older I get).
