Gonna leave this here cus this was driving me mad and others might not know. And it had been a couple years since I had last played it and didn't know about this.

If you're going to replay Doom 2016 in anticipation for Eternal, go into the mouse and keyboard settings and turn off Razer Chroma. Boosted my fps by like 100, not even joking. I thought my GPU was dying or something, the game was running like ass. Getting like 50 fps at best, and it was stuttering and hitching like mad.

Hmmm, now I'm wondering if my PC is at the point where it can't really max out or play games on very high anymore. I cant remember the last time I bought a brand new flagship game for it.

..and now I have another problem. When I get to the end of the Argent Tower level, the game crashes. -_- Seriously as much as I love this game, why am I having so many issues XD

Been doing about 2 levels a day, though I'll probably play through it again after I'm done and go faster. Mostly just been hunting all the secrets and farming upgrades and whatnot. So I noticed the start of the Vega level actually looks kinda terrible. Kinda seems like that part of the game didn't get as much attention as other parts of the game. But that's okay because the 2 hell levels right before it are fuckin awesome.
