When there's a love triangle in a work of fiction, the winner is typically determined by the politics of the era.

In the sexist 1950s, the boring "good girl" always prevailed over the "bad girl" who was more strong-willed and had a more engaging personality. In the modern era, it means the less attractive and more serious woman will win because it shows greater respect for women. In both cases, the woman with the personality that is more fun to be around invariably loses.

I've never played the Nathan Drake games, so I don't know if that applies to this specific situation or not. But I wouldn't be surprised.

no he picked the right woman
elena was fucking awesome and her and drakes banter was the best part of the series
its why the third game is so weak compared to the rest of the series
elena isnt in enough of it and it hurts the game because the times she is there really highlights how much better the game could have been if she had been on the adventure the whole game.

uncharted 4 almost had the same issue but thankfully elena gets a lot of screentime once she finally joins the adventure

Game was a bit overrated, they played it safe through the whole series.

Gamer logic

Elena was a great character and it would make no sense for someone like Chloe to settle down in monogamy. Not that Chloe wasn't a good character. Those games nailed banter.

Chloe was a way more interesting character than Elena, but Elena is wife material while Chloe is not. Chloe is more of a free spirit and I don't think she even wants to settle down and marry to be honest.

Also Elena is just as strong willed as Chloe wtf are you guys talking about
