@FF_Redux what's the correct way to go about this? Do I just pour the cold broth in and heat it up until it's warm? Or is there a certain amount of time I'm supposed to heat the new broth up?

Depends, why broth, not enough taste? Too thick, I usually add water, taste it and season after. Add cold liquid when the soup is cold, if you used thickenings the soup will get more watery, but you can thicken it with corn starch and water mix.

I put too many chicken and noodles in last night, so it's nowhere near soupy enough. It's supposed to be chicken noodle soup, but it looks like a bunch of chicken, noodles and @V-E-G-Y- s sitting in a shallow puddle of broth.
