At least for most of the votes, an Other option would be a nice addition. My Best of 2019 PC game was SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays. Both the first G Generation game on PC (not counting an older typing game) and the first released in English in North America and Europe.

It's nothing I'm fretting over. At least I learned that the Poll of the Day board has been so overrun by off topic posts that it's been given up on and a second board was made to replace it. :D

I case you havent heard, the reason other is an asinine option is because it will almost always win (or at least be a pretty popular option), which could render the data useless. Tbf, they should have also rephrased the question to start with Out of these. But other is probably one of the worse answers they could add to the PotD questions...

Funny how everyone here continues to not even remotely give a shit.

We can't even be bothered to give the actual answer ("They don't like including Other as an option because then 95% of the votes would be for Other and the poll would be useless for demographic purposes, which is the only reason they still do polls at all"), or the smartass answers ("We're terribly sorry the poll doesn't cater to your specific and unique situation, precious snowflake, we'll try harder next time"). anymore.
