Yeah I know a lot of people from my activist days who are radical left. Some are Marxists and some are even Anarchists. It isn't really that uncommon especially if you live on either coast.

So why does like 5 guys get decided the alt right is now bad?

For me the alt right used to mean people who didn't identify with the republican party, but also didn't want to vote in a democrat. Isn't it as simple as that?

Ehh not really. There are many conservatives who don't identify with the Republican Party but are not alt-right.

That was true early ones people wanted to differentiate from neocons but Rochard Spencer and his people garnered fame from the label.

It started out as a way to relabel neo-Nazis, by Richard Spencer. It was meant to bait in rootless right wingers. And also fool media into thinking they were not nazis.

I think that if someone wants to be called a different pronoun then you should do that, and that healthcare is a right. So yeah I'm definitely part of that radical left.

If a societal problem could be restated as a math problem: 2+2=?

And the available voters are the numbers (4, 5, 6, or 7) 4 is not radical, but the sane voter.

5 or 6 are not the most sane just because they are the center pack of voters. Which is the fallacy centrists often fall into.
