To be completely honest, I'm struggling too much in life right now to even consider having kids. I know people still find ways of making it work and I'm sure I could do that too. I just wonder what kind of life they would have, and will they still be able to make a life for themselves in another 20+ years or will they have even less opportunities than I do now? I won't have kids just because I think it would be cool to be a dad or because my girlfriend wants a cute baby or whatever. That's stupid. Food and clothes cost next to nothing. And if you have a solid family they will help you so much that the impact is hardly felt. My parents and my wife's parents spoil the fuck out of our kids. I also have autism, so I'm not that great at handling stressful situations. If you can handle the stress and having your life revolve around another person then great. I hope it works out for you.
