Like there is an entire line of research where resumes go out with with stereotypical white and black names. The resumes are exactly the same except the names. They also mix in crimal histories on them too. The results are something like a black sounding name with no crimal history gets fewer call backs than a white sounding name with a criminal history. --- You know how fads are.
