My PC has been acting increasingly unreliable lately. Sometimes when I boot it up, itll get to where I choose which partition to boot from but never go to my login screen. Sometimes games will crash. Sometimes the monitors go out when I unplug something from the USBs. Sometimes Ill get an all-out crash (Clock Watchdog Timeout). Ive got no idea whats going on.

I did a Windows restart this morning just in case. Nothing changed. The clock watchdog timeout error at least appears processor related, but with the increasing number of weird happenings, it kinda feels like the whole things falling apart... its not THAT old, four years maybe.

Processor? Bios? Hard drive? Any thoughts, techies?

Run a diagnostic on your RAM. My one computer had random crashes because the RAM was bad.

Will do, thanks. Ill check out anything.

If it turns out my processor is borked then so be it, but RAM would be easier.

Just ran the memory diagnostic and everything's fine there. I'm on my PC now and it's doing okay, but seems like a matter of time before it acts up again.
