went from parties at places like Brazilian steak houses, private restaurants and raffles with epic prizes to in office lunches from a catering sandwich company and our "Gifts" were a 10oz Yeti filled with Hershey Kisses....

New company has to make up for that purchase somehow.

My supe personally orders us lunch every night so I cant ever complain. No party this year for the same reason as you, so supe goes Fuck it its out of my pocket, then. Only admins got a party this year, which he was invited to. He says its bullshit we didnt get one then Im like but youre going to yours, right? He hangs his head down in front of all of us and says Yeah...

been three years now. And this year "Has been great and blown past all predicted numbers blah, blah" So I was expecting something better than this.

WELL Our CEO was majority owner, company was an ESOP so I owned about 1400 shares as well, but the CEO and Majority owner was more interested in his LEC(Local exchange carrier) than us, the Tier2 Teleco. So we were mostly wanting someone to buy him out and progress the company. Although the new principle owner(a parent company) HAS progressed the company, it has severely hindered our morale.

My company had NO issues with spending as our profits were always WAY over our expense. That is why we had great bonuses, parties, and the lot.
