Topic	Since my company got acquired our Christmas parties suck.

So we were mostly wanting someone to buy him out and progress the company. Although the new principle owner(a parent company) HAS progressed the company, it has severely hindered our morale. My company had NO issues with spending as our profits were always WAY over our expense.
