Apparently they were a web currency during the late 90s and ended just before 9/11 (weird coincidence but ok)
...I was using the internet for a long time by then, but I never heard of Beenz. Then again, it's possible that I just missed it since my focuses were so narrow... afterall, Beenz were used on market pages, not ..... download sites. --- "Salt cures Everything!" 1) The Mandela Effect is bullshit.
2) I basically lived on the Internet for the second half of the 90s, and I don't remember Beenz either. They probably weren't widespread enough to be all that significant out of their own sphere. Doesn't need to have beans to be chili but it is common depending on the region.
