I think SW and SH has a new type of shiny.

Fake difficult - Difficulty in games you don't enjoy the grind in

Real difficulty - Games you enjoy more and don't mind spending more time in the world.

Nope. Most shinies you catch in the wild (hunting 500 of the same Pokemon for the 1/512 shiny chance) will be the ultra shiny. Only difference is it isn't hatched from Masuda Method.
