That's not how the process works. In fact, it is not even clear if the judiciary can become involved in the impeachment process as impeachment is a purely political process as established by precedent, not a judicial one. If Trump, and only Trump, tried to bring charges against the House for... Improper procedure?, it would prompt a Constitutional crisis which the White House would likely request the SCOTUS to rule on, and the SCOTUS would, I would presume, decline to hear the case and defer to the Congress.
