I can also do a pull up on the rings and with a relatively narrow grip on the bar.

I've got to get back to following the diet more strictly, though... I stopped worrying about my weight and I've been eating extra stuff too often.

Very nice. Im at 265 lb back squat myself. Were all going to make it.
