Unfortunately, lots of conditions can mimic heart attacks. And Heart attacks dont always present with classic symptoms either, especially with women. We just have to be mindful and make sure to take care of our hearts. And to go to the hospital if you ever suspect you truly are having a heart attack. Dont wait
