I kicked a guy in the face once, so hard im amazed it didnt knock him out. He attacked me around back of a bar, but tbf, I sucker punched him because he said hed fuck my girl. So i popped him as he was drinking his beer.

Anyways his fatass came charging at me after we got kicked out, ran into me and skimmed off cuz he was drunk as hell. It knocked me into my girl but he went crashing into the cement. As he got up, I soccer kicked him in his face because he was a big boy and im average sized. He was trying to hurt me. Anyways he was so stunned he never really mounted much offense after that, although he did fall on me and take me down. I kicked him off and then my ex started drilling him in the face. Shes p tough actually, after that some nerd broke the fight up, although I did manage to kick the fat guy 1 more time. In hindsight, im just glad he wasnt critically injured. I made my escape on a bike, with my girl on the back. And I got away with it, the end.

If someones invading my house or it was an armed gunman i somehow got the jump on then yes, were not fighting, hes attempting to invade my house/kill me so i must do whatever to defend myself.

If you kick someone in the head when they are down that is likely to be seen as "attempted murder". Punching the face is bad enough but kicking someone in the head is an easy way to kill them if they are already down on the ground injured, unless they have a weapon or tried to kill you and still are trying to do you harm there is no one who will defend you kicking a person in the head.

People seem to forget how vulnerable the head really is and how easy you can cause brain damage or other serious injuries hitting a person's head.
