Ughhhhhh same, I fucking HATE commercials like that. You're 100% right, it's all manufactured, overly sentimental trash designed to trigger emotion to sell garbage.

The only thing gross about it is the fact that it's an ad for an a fricking iPad that's three minutes long. Who the fuck would watch this?
