Not that they might be actually into you, but having that mentality that you have to be good enough just to say 'hi' to someone is just going make you lonely. A lot of attractive people are actually pretty nice and don't even consider ugly people as a subspecies. Don't be shy to say 'hello' and ask how people are doing.

The girls I've tried asking out were always on the less attractive side. They either had personalities that I enjoyed, or had a really cute face to make up for being quite over weight.

Even so, I strike out every time. I tend to get rated as a 7-9 on here, so leagues shouldn't matter. Plus, aiming down hasn't led to any form of success. There just seems to be some inherent flaw with me that makes me undateable.
