She realized she was trans at the age of 8 and took hormone blockers to stop male puberty and built a following on social media before blowing everyone away with the shocking confession It's not known whether Emma has had "top" surgery on her upper body and said "I've never had any pleasure from alcohol or smoking or anything like that, only that operation. Sad if she goes through with it. I've read some seriously nasty and depressing shit from some bottom surgery recipients.
