Any Dragon Quest game is the best casino game on the SNES. Shit, Lufia 2 had a more rewarding casino than Vegas Stakes.

As I recall going through the two volumes of the SNES omnibus, it was also one of like four casino games on the SNES.

I played this game a ton. If I remember right, you did very little actual gambling and most of my winnings came from the events. Like a guy would ask for a loan and it would pay off and he'd pay you like triple or something.

Slightly off-topic, but this discussion reminded me of Clubhouse Games on the DS. Not casino games so much as board/card/parlor games.
