I've never played AC, but I will guess that this is worse because the one in KH3 is treated as if it's been a recurring thing throughout the entire series and the main trio can't go a scene without referencing it.

That sounds shitty.

In AC Rogue in virtually every scene a character tells your character, "You got lucky", or talks about luck in some way, and then the character always says, "I make my own luck". It sounds badass the first time he says it but then he says it another 5,000 times.

Yeah, I think the only other times they were ever called half-pints before this was like once in KH1 and again in KH2, and only by Phil in the Coliseum. It was never a running gag, or anything they referred to themselves as.

So it's super annoying how often they say it in KH3. Along with the world order thing (which hasn't been relevant since KH1) and all the comments about Sora's intelligence.
