I wouldn't put anything as the best of the decade without a lot of thought, tbqh. But honestly, while Infinity War was the better action movie, Endgame was the better movie overall. It takes waaay more time for character beats, and almost everyone gets a satisfying conclusion to their arc(Hulk is my only complaint through the entire movie).
