The powers. Being borderline immortal and never having to worry about my health by and large eliminates a lot of need for money. From there on its just food and bills as necessities and everything else for entertainment since you never have much of anything to worry about.

No, his powers were weakened in the Wolverine movie and he started to suffer from metal poisoning caused by his adamantium skeleton.

Yep he can overcome diseases, slowed aging, and his body tries to keep itself it the best condition it has meaning it's far, far easier for him to stay in shape as well.

The powers are far better than the money here.

I've always thought that the worst part about being a mutant in the x-men universe is that you are mutant, but you didn't get Wolverine's power. Anyone who would take the money hasn't watched someone shrivel up and die from cancer or get stuck in a wheelchair for life from a car accident or brain injury. Money might solve your problems now, but old age, sickness, and death come for everyone in the end. Magical healing would be the gift that just kept on giving.
