Any time you're tethered to something permanently, like a job, a wife, a child, a family member, etc. you can grow to resent it. Sometimes we just want to be free and start over, but once you've got a kid, you can't get away from that. Your kid will always be out there. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction. Most people who are miserable in relationships with families would also be miserable all alone. The "grass is always greener" mindstate traps a lot of people. As soon as they realize they have no access to the opposite of what they have, they start breaking down.
