Your replaceability is more relevant to your wages than anything else. Chances are good your job description has some qualifications (bullshit or not) that severely limits the number of available applicants. Meanwhile, a retail job can take pretty much anyone off the street who doesn't have a face or neck tattoo, and there's a line several dozen deep for that job. ... Copied to Clipboard!
