Wetterdew 10/29/19 4:32:19 AM #1:	I put forth "X country's got talent" I hate the hosts, I hate the editing, I hate the judges and the way they treat the performers. Sometimes the judges sneer at genuinely talented performers just because after 15 seconds they still don't understand exactly what the performer is doing. And I hate a lot of the performers themselves (though sometimes the show specifically chooses obnoxious performers, and some of the performers are genuinely impressive). Maybe most of all, I hate the schmaltzy editing they use to make you either like, hate, or pity a performer. If that weren't enough, they also cut to the host reacting to the camera during most acts, as if to tell the viewers how they should feel about the act. I feel a bit pretentious saying this, but America's Got Talent and Britain's Got Talent feel like lowest common denominator garbage. Their youtube videos are super clickbaity and the videos get tons of views on youtube though. I tried watching Rick and Morty, I think I finished the first season. I did NOT like it. I also tried Bob's Burgers a few weeks ago with high expectations since it has won emmys, but its humor didn't work too well for me either. A lot of the time I felt like it was just making characters scream with silly voices or say things that a child shouldn't be saying as if those are inherently funny.
