You represent your employer, you take it into your own hands when you post immature "jokes" aboutwork publicly. I know a lot of people who would be reprimanded for this but that hardly matters as they are too professional to say it Could you imagine Paul Ryan posting it for example? It's a bad idea to 'make jokes' or controversial opinions publicly without considering who you represent when you do so 2.5. Firing people is hard. Anyone who thinks you just yell 'you're fired!' and they dont come in tomorrow had never fired anyone before.
