I feel like water temple wouldnt be as bad if you didnt miss a key, but the stone tower temple has some ridiculous parts like the lava room part with the goron.

I was stuck on turtle rock in ALTTP for about a month before I realized you had to move a block in the room with the chomps to make a chest appear.
Granted... it was my first zelda game and I was like 11 or 12yo... but still... it took me forever to figure that out. --- "With cheese in either hand, anything is possible" ... Copied to Clipboard!

Probably Jabu-Jabu's belly in OoA.

Gotta give my vote to the Great Palace in Adventures of Link. At least they gave you the courtesy of starting you back at the temple gates on game over.
