With Pokemon you have minuscule barebones updates each edition. No imagination put into the story, no sense of challenge.
With Madden you get features pulled from yearly releases only to be introduced as new features a couple years later. It's a tough decision for me, on one hand Pokemon does have more new things overall but they get multiple years to work on their games with the ability to take the franchise in any direction they want. On the other hand Madden is kind of locked into having to have the games revolve around football, they have way less ability to reimagine their franchise. However there is no excuse for pulling features from a game. No matter what your choice is you can feel comfort in knowing that the Developers are lazy as fuck. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Madden. They takes away features all the time then bring them back a couple years later as a new feature.
