If I'm calling the police to do a welfare check on someone, then I'm at least halfway suspecting they're either missing or dead anyway. Not exactly a high-risk situation.

Yes, the point where I would call 911 for a welfare check I am thinking they are missing or dead/dying.

This doesn't even sound like a welfare check. Police don't come in guns blazing for a damn welfare check. The neighbor called mentioning her door was wide open and I guess they thought there was an active criminal in therethat's what i'm saying...they came in immediately scared on a welfare check. and then shot someone while still speaking out the orders, through their window, in their own home....they need to train these people better. hire better people. --- Dallas Cowboys: 1 - 1 ...
