My wife was crying after she saw it. Great movie though. Joaquin Phoenix did a great job. I won't spoil it.

I thought it was great all around, I had very few gripes with it. Agreed on it being very sad. I don't think what happened to him justifies his actions, but it's very sad to be reminded that this kind of stuff really does happen to people a lot more than we would like to think about or admit.

Yeah, true. That was the hard part. It didn't justify his actions, but in a way, there was a lot that he had no control over. It really made him look like an under dog.
