Obviously. And mine are physical releases, so it's worse than people who just get Steam deals or Humble Bundles or whatever.

I will say that I played Ultimate NES Remix within 24 hours of getting it from Amazon (more specifically the next day), which is reasonably good... even if I only played it for maybe 20-30 minutes. I like the concept, but I hate Dr. Mario. I'm pretty sure he's not even a real doctor. What kind of a way to practice medicine is that?

I used to buy a LOT more games than I do now. I think I only buy one or two games a year now. Granted I don't play as much as I used to. Got more into movies and back into board games.

I had a break in several years ago, didn't have quite as many after that. Been building them up, of course, but most were digital after that.

A fair amount of games I never beat and probably won't ever beat them. Usually my group of friends will just play online games so if they're on I'll be playing something like cod or whatever, or I'll spend a lot of time grinding online games like FO76 or back when I played runescape made a lot of purchases just sit on the shelf.

Those 96 only count the two Minis -- one of the "games" in the Jpn one is a compilation of 13 games.

You need the Asian system, it has a few exclusives as well. Outrun 2019 is kind of tempting, but cheaper to just wait for hacks. -_-

If the game is on sale I'll buy it.

But really I'm not fussed with beating games anymore. I'm busy and if I'm not 100% into the game I'll just drop it. No reason to waste time finishing a game I'm not enjoying.

I have about 15 games on my backlog, some not even opened yet when I bought them brand new on the PS3. I don't even buy games that often

I have a bunch of games from the ps plus month freebies that I will never play.

I keep an eye on sales even though I may be busy with another game. But it remains in the single digits. I'm really careful with what games I buy, and I only buy ones where I get at least 1hr/dollar. Some games like Control which is a quality gaming experience but too short..I'm waiting on a sale. Several games are like that for me. Not technically in my backlog but they might as well be. I just haven't bought them yet.

Thankfully I have a decent enough backlog that can keep me well entertained until the sales do happen. Best value I've gotten is Minecraft for $12 when it was in alpha iirc. Easily over a thousand hours in it over the years, with all the different modpacks.

I have a friend who buys seemingly everything that catches his attention. It's common for him to spends maybe 10 hours tops on a $60 game, then drop it for the next. We are total opposites there. Definitely makes it hard to co-op with him because he loses his attention so quickly. Rip his bank account.

I've noticed that people who buy digital have hundreds of games they play once and forget.

I have a lot of games I haven't beat, but mostly because I only beat games I really like. Like I can play a game I like but get burnt out after awhile and stop, probably start over since I forgot where I was lulz.

If I didnt, I wouldnt be playing games. I could count the games Ive actually been able to complete on maybe both hands.

I buy like 2-3 games a year and a still have a backlog.

I normally only buy a game once every so often so it's easy for me to have completed a game before I buy another. If in the rare cases I buy a game close to another game I complete one game before moving onto another unless it's a game that can't be completed such as WWE games.

I don't buy them as often right now. Currently I'm buying games I already beat 20+ years ago. So no backlog there. For instance the last game I bought is Drakkhen (SNES), which I haven't played in about 25 years or so.

I totally lost control. I still have unopened PS2, PS3, Switch and PS4 games, and by now, almost all of my backlog is my entire library. If doesn't help that I love RPGs and I have a become a father last year.
