Social Media Posts have now emerged in the trial of blonde heifer, Amber Guyger as it paints her as a RACIST and is what did her in according to sources where the jury of mostly women of colour will now decide how long her prison sentence will be from 5 to 99 years!!

She was convicted of first degree murder after she fatally shot her black neighbor, 26 y/o Botham Jean in September 2018 after she claimed she went into the wrong apartment believing it was her own after a 15 hour shift.

The same jury that voted unanimously will hear additional testimony and evidence that started just hours after the conviction which only took a DAY to decide.

Among the evidence shown were copies of her social media posts, some of which included guns and killing

Prosecutors showed jurors text messages from her cell that intended to showher lack of sensitivity toward black people that included an exchange from January 15,2018 while working security during Martin Luther King Jr Day Parade

When asked when the parade would be over, she said "When MLK is dead..Oh wait"

She complained the parade could take up to 3 hours and suggested the parade participants be PEPPER SPRAYED

Another exchange shows deleted messages from March 9,2019 that sid "Damn, i was at this area with 5 different black officers! Not racist but damn.Not racist but just have a differnt way of working and it shows"

On Sept 4, 2018 just days before she shot Jean, she got a text message suggesting she would a German Shepherd that the messenger claimed wa racist and she said she hates "everything and everyone but y'all"

When the verdict was read, loud cheers erupted in the courtroom as Jean's family yelled "Thank you jesus!" as a crowd celebrated and shouted "black lives matter" as the prosecutors were promptly cheered for their work

Guyger sat alone and sobbed uncontrollably as now they argue for a LIGHT SENTENCE because she acted out of fear and confusion while SEXTING her bf and wrote to him "Wanna Touch? I'm SUPER HORNY TODAY" just before she shot Jean.

The judge is expected to povide guidance on Texas law though the verdict didn't explicity say first degree murder

The jury got her convicted was mostly women and people of colour

Topic title is misleading. None of this evidence was presented until AFTER she was already convicted. These pieces of evidence will only affect the sentencing phase.
