discords down so ill ask here. think im doing this right?

Witch = All MAG so shes doing 200-400 attack
Valkyrie = All TEC to get exp? I think this is how it works. Shes already strong as hell
Blacksmith = All STR, she wails on my enemies
Archer = All STR, weirdly arrow attacks are tied to this stat. Hes built to assist constantly

The TEC is my big question, ive read some and I dont quite get it
