At least this past decade.
They have either finished in the Top 10 or in the bottom 2. Their entries are either stunning pop hits or ultra bland nothing. Two examples of each category: 2010 - Germany won(!)  2018 - Germany came 4th  2017 - Germany came last  2019 - Germany came 2nd last but got ZERO points from the televote(!)
