Ganon is so overplayed and has held the story back in every game hes appeared in since OoT, minus Windwaker which was essentially a direct sequel. Even the mere idea of Ganon ruined Skyward Sword. He does not have a single interesting line of dialogue or feat in the entire franchise. Windwaker Ganon at least tried to be something with substance behind him. And tbh Mario doesnt need Bowser.
