Board 8 > 32 y/o California Man tries to TORCH a SLEEPING HOMELESS MAN to Death!!!!

32 y/o Pyrofreak, Richrd Smallets is charged with attempted murder after he INTENTIONALLY set a SLEEPING HOMELESS MAN on FIRE and taking PICTURES of the cardboard box he slept in as it burned to the ground!!

She started the blaze on Sept 12 as the homeless man awoke from the smell of smoke and quickly got out of the box to try and put it out with a water bottle as Richard recorded it and LAUGHED...

The Glendale Fire Dept arrived to extinguish the blaze as police retrieved video surveillance from a nearby business that captured footage of a male intentionally lighting the box and then taking photos

Richard Smallets was identified and connected him to the arson investigation and was subsequently put under arrest

Smallets remains in custody with a bail at 1 MILLION as it's not known why he did this but he plead NOT GUILTY
